What size moccasins should I order my little one?
Size 1 (3.75") - 0-3 months
Size 2 (4.25") - 3-6 months
Size 3 (4.75") - 6-12 months
Size 4 (5.25") - 12-18 months
Size 5 (5.75") - 18-24 months
Size 6 (6.25") - 2T/3T
Size 7 (6.75") - 3T/4T
Please measure your child's foot before ordering moccasins. Since it's much more likely for your kiddo to grow than to shrink, always order a size up if you're unsure.
When can I expect my order?
If you ordered an item marked RTS or 'Ready to Ship' it will ship within 3-5 business days of your order.
If you ordered an item that is made to order, please allow up to 3 weeks to ship (though most usually ship well before then).
Where are your moccasins made, and who makes them?
All of our moccasins are made by me in my home in Central Florida. I usually cut in the evening and sew during naptime.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer flat rate shipping on international orders so that we may make our products available to everyone!
Will my moccasins look EXACTLY like the pair pictured?
Probably not. Though I try my best to strive for consistency, since your moccasins will be made by my two hands, and not a machine in a factory, every pair will be slightly different. Also, just as you may have freckles or blemishes, so do animals. No hide is absolutely perfect, and while I would never send out a pair of moccasins with a large nick or scratch, or a major discoloration, you may come across tiny blemishes in your leather that are unavoidable.
What is your RETURN POLICY?
Due to the handmade nature of this shop, and the fact that we have a limited inventory, we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please send me an email and I will happily work to resolve your issue.
